Unique Tenant Screening Process
- Rental Application: A full application is taken to verify income status, social security numbers and references. Applicants can fill out the application right online.
- Background Check: Access national and statewide criminal records, including National Sex Offender registry. The service is updated 24 hours a day.
- Employment Verification: we will verify applicant’s employment status within three days of move-in.
- Credit Report: A Trans Union credit report is run on applicants.
Our collection policies are fair but firm. Our priority is to make sure payments are made in a timely fashion to ensure positive cash flow.
We will not leave our owners in the dark. We understand receiving your payment is top priority. We disburse owner payments twos times per month.
Keeping your property maintained is a main concern. This will ensure your property retains top value and keeps large repairs to a minimum.
Our in-house staff is prepared to take all calls and respond to issues in a timely manner. We will get a written approval from the tenant that the issue has been resolved to their satisfaction.
